This data protection declaration is intended to inform the users of this website about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator Plappert Industrieanlagen GmbH. The website operator takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially in accordance with the statutory provisions. Access Data
When you visit our website, the browser used on your terminal equipment automatically sends information to the server of our website, which is located in Germany. Therefore such a transfer shall not require any specific authorization. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called server-log-file. In this process, the following information is collected and stored until automatically deleted:

  • the IP address of the requesting computer,
  • the date and time of access,
  • the name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • the website from which access is made (referrer URL),
  • the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

  • We process the above data for the following purposes:

  • to ensure a smooth connection of the website,
  • to ensure a convenient use of our website,
  • to evaluate the system security and stability.

  • The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit f GDPR. Our legitimate interests arise from the purposes of data collection listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected to obtain information about you as a person.

    The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to clarify cases of misuse. If data have to be deleted for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.
